Six unique suites, a pool, restaurant, bar, and private parking nestled within 15,000 m² of lush nature atop a seaside hill, on the beautiful beach of Chacala, Nayarit (100 km north of Puerto Vallarta).
Stone paths, stairways, and bridges weave through the land’s original flora, fauna, and volcanic rock.
Located at the southern tip of the bay, just a 15-minute walk along the beach from town. Due to its topography, it is not recommended for guests with limited mobility.

We follow the Slow Food philosophy: we cook mindfully, using local ingredients whenever possible. Our Mediterranean-inspired menu celebrates what’s natural and nourishing, highlighting the true flavour of each ingredient.

Un rincón sagrado en la selva
Sigue el sendero, cruza dos puentes... y descubre nuestra alberca inspirada en Quetzalcóatl: una serpiente de agua que fluye en tres niveles entre la vegetación. Son piscinas y pozas naturales a temperatura ambiente, con una cascada que invita al descanso.
Déjate consentir con un masaje en nuestro spa y contempla el mar desde la terraza más alta. Un espacio para relajarte, reconectar y fluir con la naturaleza.
A Sacred Sanctuary in the Jungle
Follow the path, cross two bridges… and discover our pool inspired by Quetzalcóatl — a flowing serpent of water cascading through three jungle levels. These natural, room-temperature pools include a waterfall that invites deep rest and reflection.
Let yourself be pampered with a massage in our jungle spa and gaze at the ocean from the highest terrace. This is a space to relax, reconnect, and flow with nature.
Arte que habita la naturaleza
En Majahua, el arte vive entre los árboles. Amamos la fotografía, la cultura y la expresión creativa, por eso convertimos cada rincón en una galería al aire libre.
En el sendero de entrada, la exposición permanente "Marurbe"del artista Jorge Lepez Vela te da la bienvenida. En el restaurante y área de recepción, se exhiben fotografías de Manuel Ramos, fotógrafo potosino cuyo archivo histórico ayudamos a preservar.
En algunas habitaciones y en la bajada al mar, podrás encontrarte con "Vuelo" de Fulvio Ecardi: 21 aves mexicanas en pleno movimiento, capturadas en su esencia.
Frente al hotel, las piedras volcánicas de la playa forman un lienzo natural. Baja a la orilla y crea tu propia escultura. Cada visitante deja su huella en este Jardín de Piedras, un espacio colectivo para la contemplación y la creatividad.
Art That Lives Within Nature
At Majahua, art breathes among the trees. We cherish photography, culture, and creative expression — transforming every corner into an open-air gallery.
Along the entry path, the permanent exhibit "Marurbe" by artist Jorge Lepez Vela greets you. In the restaurant and reception area, you'll find photographs by Manuel Ramos, a historic photographer from San Luis Potosí whose archive we proudly help preserve.
In some suites and along the trail to the sea, you'll encounter "Vuelo" by Fulvio Ecardi — 21 Mexican birds captured in full flight, each rendered in their truest essence.
In front of the hotel, volcanic stones shape a natural canvas. Step down to the shore and create your own sculpture. Every guest leaves a mark in this Stone Garden — a collective space for contemplation and creativity.

Disfruta un día de playa con la brisa del mar y atardeceres inolvidables en la tranquilidad del Tapas Bar, nuestro club de playa escondido entre piedras, selva y arena.
Como su nombre lo dice, aquí mandan las tapas. En temporada alta, ofrecemos desayunos, comida mexicana y nuestros famosos domingos de brunch. No te vayas sin probar las favoritas: papas bravas con camarón.

Spend the day by the ocean breeze and let the sun set gently on your skin at our hidden beach club — tucked between stone, jungle, and sand.
As the name suggests, tapas take the spotlight here. During high season, we also serve breakfast, classic Mexican dishes, and our beloved Sunday brunches. Don’t leave without tasting the house favorite: shrimp-topped papas bravas — a guest favorite that keeps them coming back.
