IS AN SPECIAL HOTEL OUT OF THE NORMAL.

– SIX comfortable suites, swimming pool, SPA, parking and RESTAURANT-BAR on 2.5 acres of tropical jungle on a HILL SIDE BY THE SEA.
– NOT A PLACE FOR PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY PROBLEMS. Stone stairs, swinging paths with gravel, hanging bridge to get to the swimming pool.
– INFRONT OF THE HOTEL BY THE SEA THERE ARE VOLCANIC STONES. To get to the Sandy beach you walk 200 meters aprox, depending on the season. Walking by the beach you will get to Chacala town in 15 minutes.
– Free optic fiber WI-FI
– PLEASE BRING: Comfortable shoes / sunblock / insect repellent / hand lamp / head phones for music or cellular phone calls (speakers are not allowed)/ BEACH TOWELL
– CHECK IN AT THE PREMISES OF THE HOTEL IS 14:00 HRS (pacific time) At Chacala town there are many options to enjoy the morning.
– HOW TO GET HERE OPTIONS. Plane, bus, car https://majahua.com/en/by-car/ On the way there are no signs that says “MAJAHUA” nor HOTEL you arrive following the pictures and explanations. The GPS Will NOT take you to the parking gate. Once at the gate please call this cel number so we open it +52 327 104 98 00 (there is not a ring bell)
– PRIVATE PLACE, we do not allow visits, only guest.
– RESTAURANT AND BAR by reservation
– COVID 19: We follow all the protocols of cleanes and disinfection. Your room will be sanitized before your check in.
– We Will ask for an ID upon arrival.
– Check out is at 12:00 noon
CANCELLATION POLITICS
Deposit: When making your reservation you will be asked to make a 50% deposit.
Early cancellation: You will have a charge of 10% of your total stay if you notify us with more than 30 days of your arrival date.
Late cancellation: You will have a charge of 25% of your total stay if you notify us with less than 30 days of your arrival date.
Cancellation within 7 days before your arrival date you will have a charge of 50% of your total stay.
Late arrival / early departure : Sorry there is not refund.
TRIPS DURING YOUR STAY: Guest that decided to travel out of “MAJAHUA” during their stay there is not refund for those nights.
RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT ADVICE.
Rates change will not affect reservations that already have a deposit.
